


Cupping 101 - 10/1/24 - 5pm
In this class you will participate in the universal way the industry grades coffee. This is a practice we do before buying a coffee and a practice we do weekly to maintain quality for each coffee we offer. We will walk through all the required tools and the steps of cupping coffee. We will review a coffee tasting wheel to try and understand what coffee reminds us of.
